Mobeen is a digital platform designed to assist individuals with stuttering through advanced artificial intelligence and professional therapeutic support. This App is developed and managed by Al-Rahmah Medical Charitable Society, a registered non-profit organization, in collaboration with Rikaz Advanced Company, licensed speech and language therapists, and accredited local speech therapy clinics.
By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
This App is intended for users of all ages. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Purpose and Scope of Services
The App provides the following services:
- Live video assessments and therapy sessions with licensed speech and language therapists
- Personalized therapy management and progress tracking
- Access to self-help communities
- Educational resources in multimedia formats (text, audio, video)
The App is not intended to replace clinical diagnosis or emergency medical services. Users are advised to consult with qualified healthcare professionals for serious or urgent conditions.
3. User Obligations
By using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Refrain from misusing the platform or its services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to data or systems
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
4. Data Collection and Consent
By using the App, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and storage of:
- Audio and video recordings from assessments and therapy sessions
- Personal information necessary to deliver personalized services
- Usage data, therapeutic progress, and interaction logs
This data will be used to enhance therapy services and improve the AI model. Data may be anonymized and used in aggregate for research, system training, and quality improvement.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to the AI models, interfaces, educational materials, media content, and branding, are owned by Al-Rahmah Medical Charitable Society. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated assessments or therapy outcomes
- The App does not replace in-person diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Al-Rahmah, Rikaz Advanced Company, and affiliated partners disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Compliance
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are compliant with regulatory frameworks established by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) and the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).
